Vegan Cornbread 1 cup corn meal 1 cup soy flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup raw sugar, such as turbinado 1 cup soy milk approximately 1 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Pour batter into well oiled pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
