Chinese Style Vegetables & Sauce Ingredients: 1 green pepper, sliced into strips 1 red pepper, sliced into strips some broccoli, chopped pea pods 1 cup water 1 tablespoon arrowroot 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon miso 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ginger, minced 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter a bit of sesame oil black and red pepper to taste brown rice Get the brown rice going... it takes awhile to cook. Put the water, arrowroot, soy sauce, miso, garlic, ginger, and peanut butter in a blender and blend. Stir fry the vegetables in a wok or large pan in the sesame oil. Add the black and red pepper to taste. Pour in the blended sauce and stir over high heat. The sauce will thicken as the vegetables cook.
