Carob-Coated Snacks Mix together and coat well: 2 cups carob chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 1. Melt over low heat in a double-boiler, or carefully in a coated pan. 2. As soon as mixture is smooth, turn off heat and start dipping your favorite treat (pretzels, raisins, graham crackers, nuts, etc).
